General Terms and Conditions

The conclusion of the lodging agreement obligates the contracting parties to fulfill their mutual obligations under the agreement for the entire duration of the agreement.

a) The hotelier is obligated to provide the rooms in accordance with the reservation.

b) The guest is obligated to pay the rate for the duration of the hotel room reservation.

Reserved rooms are available to guests starting at 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. at the latest, unless a later check-out time has been agreed upon.

Unless a later arrival time has been expressly agreed upon, the hotelier reserves the right to reassign reserved rooms after 6:00 p.m.

The guest has no right to be provided with specific rooms or accommodations. If the agreed-upon accommodations are not available, the hotelier is obligated to make every effort to provide equivalent alternatives within the hotel or at other properties.

If the period between the conclusion of the contract and the booking of services exceeds 180 days, the hotel reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

Changes in the value-added tax rate shall be borne by the client, regardless of when the contract was concluded.

a) If the guest does not make use of the services specified in the contract, the guest is obligated to pay the agreed-upon price or the standard rate, less any expenses saved by the hotelier, regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

b) Cancellations must always be made in writing!

Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival
free of charge

Sancellation up to 30 days before arrival
50% of the cost of the booked service

Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival
80% of the cost of the booked service

For group reservations, the terms of the group booking agreement also apply.

The hotelier is obligated, in good faith, to reallocate unused rooms to other guests whenever possible in order to avoid losses.
